How long does it take for concrete to cure?
Generally, concrete sets in 24 to 48 hours allowing for you to walk on it and partially cured within a week (keep the cement free and clear of heavy equipment during this period) at which you can continue building/construction.
What is the minimum concrete thickness?
The minimum recommended thickness is 1 to 2 in. (25 to 50 mm) for a fully bonded concrete overlay placed on a base slab that is practically free of cracks and in which the concrete is sound, clean, and of good quality.
Can old concrete be resurfaced?
As long as your concrete isn't cracked all the way through, you can resurface it.
Is it a good idea to seal concrete?
